What is the SUPER Rewards program?
SUPER Rewards is the D8 Super Store loyalty rewards program. It’s our way of saying thank you for shopping with us and for your continued support. It’s completely free to join and members earn (SUPER Points) just for shopping. The more points you earn, the more rewards you can get!
Your total yearly spend determines your membership status/spend status. Higher membership status gives you access to enhanced perks, such as free shipping once a month, higher multiplier of points with every purchase.
How do I sign up for the Super Rewards program?
Signing up is super easy!
At checkout, ensure that the checkbox is selected to join the Super Rewards program. It’s free to join and you will be automatically signed up to receive emails with insider access for sales, promotions, and all of our latest drops.
If you already have an account with us, you have already been enrolled in our rewards program! Make sure you are signed in when placing an order to start earning points!
If you’re a new customer, you earn 200 bonus points just for signing up, plus earn 2x points on your first order!

Earning & Redemption
How do I earn points?
For starters – each member gets a reward just for joining the SUPER Rewards program. You’ll also earn double points on your first order! Aside from earning points through purchases, you can perform other quests to earn more points, like add your birthday to your account, leave a product review, or show off your haul.
You earn 1 SUPER Point for every $1 you spend on qualified purchases. Discounts, returns, gift certificates, rewards applied to a purchase, taxes and fees do not qualify for points. There is no limit to how many points you can earn! Just make sure you’re logged in to your account at checkout.
How do I redeem my points? / How do I get my rewards?
Redeeming your points for rewards is a breeze! From your SUPER Rewards account, navigate to the Redeem Rewards tab and select rewards to add to your cart to claim your rewards.
How many Super Points do I earn for each dollar spent?
You earn 1 SUPER Point per $1 spent.
Members with higher membership status earn SUPER Points at a faster rate.
Rewards Members earn 100 SUPER Points with a $100 order.
Gold Members earn 300 SUPER Points with a $100 order.
Platinum Members earn 500 SUPER Points with a $100 order.
Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
Nope! That’s the best part of being a rewards member – you’ll always have chances to earn more points by shopping with us and engaging with our community.
Can I transfer my SUPER points?
No. SUPER Points are earned on your purchases on your account and cannot be transferred to other accounts. Your SUPER Rewards membership can only be associated with one account.
Can I transfer my rewards?

How do I earn points for writing a review?
Members can earn points for writing reviews on past purchases. A couple weeks after your order ships, we’ll invite you via email to share your thoughts on your order.
Follow the instructions in the email. After your review is approved, the points will be awarded to your account.
Are there any restrictions on earning points for writing a review?
Because our goal is to collect honest reviews to help others choose the right product for their needs, a purchase is required.
To receive points, reviews must be 350 characters minimum, and all reviews are subject to approval. SUPER Points are awarded to 1 review per product (including products with multiple strains/flavors).
Can I earn review points if I order different strains/sizes of a product?
Points are awarded to 1 review per product (including products with multiple strains/flavors). Subsequent reviews will not earn points. This is something our computer wizards are working on. Subsequent reviews do benefit the community though, so we hope you’ll share your thoughts regardless.
For example, if you purchased three strains of the same disposable vape model and left separate reviews for all three strains, you would only earn points for your first review, not all three.
Birthday reward
Add your birthday to your profile (under your account details) to receive bonus points on your birthday.
To qualify for birthday bonus points, you must have made at least one point-earning transaction.
Returns
Can I return my order if I redeemed points for a discount?
Yes. You are covered by our Replacement Policy even if you redeemed a reward discount. We will refund you the total dollar amount spent after the discount was applied. Please note, discounts are spread across the item(s) returned. Any points redeemed during the original purchase will be lost.
For example, let’s say you purchased Item A ($60), Item B ($40), and redeemed a $6 off reward discount. Your order total would be $94 ($60 +$40 – $6).
The $6 reward discount would be applied evenly across each item in the order (i.e., $3 off each item).
If you returned item A, your total refund would be $60 – $3 = $57.
If you returned item B, your total refund would be $40 – $3 = $37.
Do returns affect my points?
Yes, if you return an item, the points (including bonus points you received for that item) will be deducted from your account. Additionally, any points redeemed during the original purchase (if applicable) will be lost.
Reward Expiration
Do my points expire?
Points do not expire as long as you maintain an active account. Your points will expire if your account is inactive for one year.
Do rewards expire?
Yes. Rewards expire 30 days from the date they are issued.
Does spend status/membership status expire?
Your membership status is based on your current Spend Status (i.e., how much you’ve spent in purchases over the past 12 months). Everyone begins at the Rewards Member status.
To reach Gold Member status, you must spend $1,000.
To reach Platinum Member status, you must spend $2,500.
You earn 1 Spend Status for every $1 you spend on purchases, and your Spend Status earned for each purchase expires after one year.
To maintain Gold and Platinum Member status, you must maintain your current Spend Status above the Gold threshold ($1,000) and Platinum threshold ($2,500). Your membership status and perks will always reflect your current Spend Status.
For example, let’s say you reach Gold Member status after a $1,000 purchase and receiving $1,000 Spend Status on August 1, 2025. If you do not spend at least $1,000 by August 2, 2026, you will lose your Gold Member status and perks.
Membership status / Spend status
How can I achieve Gold or Platinum membership status?
Your membership status is based on your current Spend Status (i.e., how much you’ve spent in purchases over the past 12 months). Everyone begins at the Rewards Member status.
To reach Gold Member status, you must spend $1,000.
To reach Platinum Member status, you must spend $2,500.
How long will my membership status / spend status last?
When you reach a higher member tier (e.g. Gold Member status at $1,0000), you immediately gain access to Gold-tier perks. From that date, you have one year to maintain or surpass $1,000 in purchases to keep your Gold Member status.
One year after a purchase, your Spend Status from that purchase will expire and no longer contribute towards your current Spend Status
You can always check your Spend Status on the SUPER Rewards section of your account after you login. Membership status shows you how close you are to the next tier. Additionally, you can click on Spend Status under Rewards History to view what is expiring soon.
We reserve the right to alter or discontinue the program at any time, at which point you will no longer be able to accrue points, and your benefits will no longer be valid. Rewards already issued will be valid for 30 days from the date and time they are issued.
How do I find out my membership status?
When you are signed into your account, navigate to the SUPER Rewards page. Look for the section titled Membership Status for details.
How will I know when I have reached a new tier?
When your total Spend Status crosses the Gold or Platinum status threshold, you will receive an email welcoming you into the new tier.
If I move up a membership tier, what happens to my previous benefits?
When you level up a membership tier, you can enjoy the upgraded benefits of your new membership status (such as a higher Super Points earn rate).
Is it possible for me to lose access to the points and benefits I’ve earned?
Benefits, including rewards, points, and spend status, will expire immediately if we end the SUPER Rewards Program,. We reserve the right to disqualify anyone from participating in the SUPER Rewards Program if we believe you are violating the Terms and Conditions, reselling products, manipulating the program, making excessive returns, engaging in fraud, abusing rewards privileges or otherwise acting in a way that is inconsistent with the program’s intent, or for any other reason we deem necessary in our sole discretion.
If your account is cancelled or if you opt out of the SUPER Rewards Program, you forfeit any unused rewards as well as all points that have not been redeemed.
Who gets free shipping? / How does free shipping work?
Free shipping is awarded once every 30 days and can be found under Redeem Rewards.
Troubleshooting
Why didn’t I earn points on my purchase? / I’m missing points!
If your order has not shipped, points will not appear under your Super Rewards account. Pending points may take up to 24 hours to appear after an order has shipped.
If your order has shipped, check if you were signed into your account and didn’t accidentally check out as a guest. To confirm you were signed in, navigate to the Super Rewards page and click the Orders tab. If you have an order confirmation number and it’s not displayed within this tab, you checked out as a guest. In the future, make sure you log in to your account before checkout, so you can earn points for your order. Unfortunately, you cannot earn points for a transaction after the time of purchase.
If you return your order, you will only receive points for items you purchased and did not return.
I signed up for the birthday reward but I didn’t receive it.
All rewards members will receive a 500 SUPER Point reward on their birthday. New members who have just joined the program must complete a point-earning purchase before they can qualify for the birthday reward.
For example, if you became a rewards member on June 15 and your birthday is June 20, you must make a purchase as a rewards member before June 20 to receive 500 points on your birthday. All subsequent birthdays will receive the birthday reward automatically thereafter.
Checkout
How do I redeem my SUPER Points?
Navigate to the Redeem Rewards page and select the rewards you wish to redeem. Rewards are available for redemption based on your SUPER Point balance. All available rewards will appear with “add to cart”. Rewards you do not qualify for will not have the option to add to cart.

Can I save my redeemed reward for later?
When you redeem a reward, your points are deducted immediately and the item is added to your cart—this action is final and irreversible.
If you remove a reward from your cart, it will be stored in your Rewards Wallet for up to 30 days. You can reapply the saved reward from your Rewards Wallet into your cart at any time during those 30 days.
After 30 days, unclaimed rewards expire—and the points spent on them are not refunded
What happens if a reward item is out of stock?
We strive to keep our reward offerings fresh and worthwhile—so from time to time, popular reward items may sell out quickly due to high demand. If you select a reward that is out of stock, it won’t be added to your cart at checkout. Instead, it will automatically move to your Rewards Wallet, where it will be marked as “Out of Stock.” The reward will remain there for 30 days, giving you time to reapply it to your cart when it becomes available again. If it doesn’t restock or is discontinued before the 30-day period ends, just contact our customer support team—we’ll be happy to credit your points back.
